Changing Minds

$

I need to accept that nothing I write on this blog will change anyone's mind. And continuing to write about how this case has devolved into conspiracy and superstition - blaming the police - only brings more anger and hostility. Because of this, I will not continue to write regular posts on this blog, but I do want to preserve some of the more important posts for people who have found this site while doing research on the case.

A cop who was the center of conspiracy theories by armchair sleuths in this case, took his life last week. How much of that decision was based on what he'd read about himself on the Internet? We don't know. Maybe it was only a drop in the bucket, something in the back of his mind that made him sad or disenchanted. I do know that if he read those things, it affected him. I know because I've been the target of so many attacks for reporting the facts of this case. And there's a helpless feeling that comes with that. Because you want to calmly explain to them how they got it wrong, how they're letting their paranoia get the best of them. But it's out of your control. They've made up their minds.

And, this small and loud group, they really want their conspiracies. They want their made-up stories. Because it's exciting to imagine that there is some boogeyman out there, even though none exists in this case. They need a bad person to focus their blame. And if you try to take that away from them, you become that bad guy.

Whatever that policeman's reasons were, he didn't deserve to spend the last year and a half of his life having people suggest he killed Maura Murray or helped to cover it up when there was no basis in fact to support such defamation.

I'll continue to help behind the scenes as much as I can. Feel free to send me information and to reach out. But there is no reason to continue to debate this case in a public forum. Everything I wanted to say, I said in the book.

If you're interested in helping solve some other mysteries, please follow The Philosophy of Crime, where we post a case a day, not to debate the facts, but to share the details in hopes of finding the person out there who carries the missing piece of a puzzle.

Bill Rausch Harasses Journalist While Working on Secret Information Campaign for US Army

For the last six months, I have found myself the target of online harassment by Maura Murray's boyfriend, Bill Rausch. After years of silence about his missing girlfriend, Bill started to speak out last summer, mostly in an attempt to discredit this journalist and a woman in DC who has accused him of sex assault.

A couple weeks ago I learned that Rausch, while the subject of a federal grand jury investigation, left the country by returning to the US Army reserves, and deploying to East Africa. His deployment coincides with his attacks and seems to have begun as soon as he arrived on base.

What is Rausch doing when he's not attacking American journalists? He's the Information Operations Team Chief, managing a propaganda campaign for the Army that includes leaflets dropped on foreign soil and the monitoring of social media posts by enemies of the state.

The Army's Information Operations units are intimidating. Their missions include psychological warfare, military deception, and electronic warfare. And while managing a propaganda campaign for the Army, I believe Rausch was simultaneously managing one against free American citizens to his own benefit.

Among other things, I believe he created fake twitter accounts and Reddit handles which were used to spread misinformation about the allegations against him in DC and the journalist who reported it. At the very least it is clear he had direct contact with the people who were behind these accounts when they were harassing me, and was encouraging that harassment. If this is true, and he did it while acting as a project manager for an Army propaganda campaign, Rausch is in a whole lot of trouble.

In recent months, coworkers at Camp Lemonnier have accused Rausch of abusive and vindictive behavior, with one telling me, "I looked into his eyes and what I saw terrified me." He has been accused of transferring people off base who knew about the allegations against him in DC. This shows a pattern of behavior that can be traced back to Maura Murray, whose friends were actively trying to get her to break up with him, sighting his controlling and abusive behavior.

Here are a couple examples of the sort of social media misinformation Rausch has spread since he was deployed. All of this is untrue. Rausch and I had a cordial relationship, speaking on the phone and via email, until the woman he attacked came forward and I reported on it. I stopped by his parents' place once, at the beginning of my reporting, to speak to his mother. That conversation was cordial as well. In the final post, this active Army Major and one of his proxy accounts suggest I will kill my family. So that was a fun conversation to have with my wife at the end of a long day.

Women Claim Bill Rausch Assaulted Female Coworker in 2011

True Crime Addict is out, today. It is the definitive book on the Maura Murray case and includes several new clues and insights into the 12 year old cold case. It ends with an epilogue in which we learn more about the character of Bill Rausch, who was Maura's boyfriend at the time of her disappearance.

Last fall, four women who worked with Bill at Ray Group International, in Washington D.C., in 2011 came forward with stories about what it was like to work with him. One woman, whom I call "Andie", claimed he pushed her down the stairs in the Metro one day and pretended it wasn't him. Another woman who shared an office with him believes he destroyed ultra-sound photographs of her unborn child which she'd brought to work to show around. Another woman says Bill mentioned Maura one day. According to her, he said he and Maura were breaking up when she disappeared and, in hindsight, he was glad things worked out the way they did.

But what caused Bill to lose his job at Ray Group was an alleged sexual assault that took place in the president's office, after hours. Andie returned to the office one evening, after meeting with coworkers nearby. She found Bill inside and he appeared to be intoxicated, she said. This is how she explained the rest: He asked her to come into the president's office and once inside, he locked the door behind her. Alone, he turned to her and smiled in a way that scared her. He told her he was the one who pushed her down in the Metro. She tried to leave. He blocked her.  He pushed her toward a wide table. Then he turned her around and pushed her face-down into the tabletop and pushed his body against her. She struggled. He pushed her down harder. Luckily, a coworker arrived. They could hear her outside the door. "Don't say a fucking word," he said. Frightened she called out. This appeared to shock him and he hid under the desk. She took this opportunity to open door to let the coworker in.

After this incident, Ray Group International did "an internal investigation" and Bill never came back to the office. He no longer lists the company in his public LinkedIn profile.

I spoke to Bill about this. He admitted he knew about the allegations and left the job after the women reported it.

It is important to note that Bill has a tight alibi for the night Maura was missing and he was actively searching for her after she disappeared, calling her friend, Kate Markopoulos repeatedly.

What Occam’s Razor Tells Us About Maura’s Case

FBI Search House for Maura Murray Remains

Following up on tips from the Murray family that cadaver dogs "alerted" to a body under concrete in the basement of a house near the scene where Maura Murray disappeared in 2004, the FBI visited Haverhill yesterday, according to local newspaper reports.

The property was previously searched by police and no evidence links Maura to the scene. But if all this does is give Julie Murray some peace, knowing the police are following up on leads, and taking her tips seriously, it's worth the time and effort.

I would caution not to make too much of this until more information comes from law enforcement. Be patient.

A Warrant for Bill Rausch's Arrest on Felony Sex Abuse Has Been Issued

Two sources confirm that Bill Rausch has been indicted by a grand jury in D.C. on a charge of felony sex abuse and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

This is the culmination of a year and a half of testimony and evidence gathering related to an incident that occurred in the office of Ray Group International in 2011, news which I broke in the epilogue of my book, True Crime Addict.

Since this allegation was made public, several more women have come forward to me claiming Bill Rausch was abusive toward them, sexually. You can read their stories here.

Bill Rausch has been serving in the US Army at Camp Lemonnier, where he has been in charge of a propaganda campaign, including dropping leaflets and monitoring twitter accounts of enemies of the state. He is due to return to the states this week but this arrest warrant may speed things up.

Two of Bill's victims whom I spoke to in DC are asking police to look into his whereabouts in the days after Maura Murray disappeared. I believe Maura was traveling in tandem with another driver and likely made it to a cabin or condo the night of the accident. It's possible her death occurred later in the week.

Bill Rausch Created A Toxic Environment at Camp Lemonnier Prompting Employees to File Complaints

Unable to find employment in the private sector in DC following allegations of sex assault at Ray Group International, and sexual harassment at IAVA, Maura Murray's boyfriend Bill Rausch deployed to East Africa last summer to manage a propaganda campaign for the US Army. I have been contacted by several former coworkers who claim that he has sent people home who have learned about the allegations in the states by drumming up bogus papertrails on them.

This complaint alleges harassment, abuse, and a hostile work environment. Pay careful attention to the words used in this complaint, which is now public record. They echo the words used by women who claim he was violent and demeaning to them in the past.

Rumsfeld Ordered Review Of Sexual Assault in Military the Day of Maura's Breakdown

On Thursday, February 5, 2004, Maura suffered some kind of mental breakdown during work at the security desk of Melville Hall. Her supervisor discovered her in a "catatonic state." The only thing she would say was "my sister."

The same source who provided new insight into Maura's crash in Hadley just pointed me toward an interesting coincidence. On Feb 5, 2004, Donald Rumsfeld ordered a 90-day review of sexual assault on female soldiers in the military. The review focused on female soldiers already in Iraq and Afghanistan. But this investigation would ultimately kick up stories of sexual assault at West Point and other military institutions. There were Congressional hearings. It was a big deal.

Later investigations would show that at the time Maura was at West Point, at least 6% of the female cadets were sexually assaulted and 62% were sexually harassed.

How did this news affect Maura? We do know she knew at least one man from West Point who was later accused of sexual assault: her boyfriend, Bill Rausch.

**UPDATED** What Happened at the Party

Here's the new information that was contained in the original post.

- Maura "hooked up" with a man at the party she attended two nights before she disappeared.
- The police have ruled this man out.
- Bill found out about it.
- This story comes from Maura's friends from Hanson who were told directly by a woman at the party.

My original post included the names of some of the people at the party, who have lied to me over the years about the details of that night. I have removed their names because it feels to me that to leave them up is to serve as a form of shaming and I guess I've lost my stomach for that.

I'm disappointed. I'm mad that I was lied to. No reporter likes that. But... everybody lies. So it goes.

Do they owe us an explanation? Nah. And they were scared kids in 2004. But if everyone had been open and honest at the beginning I really think we'd have a resolution by now.

I said before there's no happy ending in this case. And I think we're real close to an ending. I'm going to try to do a little better on the way there. Peace.

The voices sound like Charlie from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, but this is the best breakdown so far of Bill Rausch's actions following Maura's disappearance. The biggest takeaway is the claim that you could not leave a voicemail longer than 90 seconds in 2004. Which, if true, has major implications for that 3 minute phone call Bill made to Maura's phone before he went silent for 5 days.

**FINAL UPDATE**
One of my most loyal Irregulars just found the 2004 Sprint voicemail information. At the time, you could not leave a voicemail longer than two minutes on a basic plan, which is what Maura appears to have had. We know from other calls that Maura's voice greeting was not a full minute long (the longest you can have at the time). Which means the greeting and message could not have taken longer than 3 minutes. However, If the voice greeting and message combined lasted longer than two minutes, Sprint could have counted it as 3 minutes. It's possible this was a long voicemail.

Redditor Claims To Be Maura's Therapist, Says She Is Alive

I want to believe, like most of you, that Maura is alive and well but this seems a little too good to be true. Last night, someone claiming to be Maura Murray's psychiatrist posted on Reddit, saying she was alive and well in Canada and left her life to escape her boyfriend.

In the spirit of Reddit, other commenters harassed the poster until they deleted it. Here are screen caps.

If it's true, hopefully the person will step forward with some kind of verification (I have communicated with the poster and promised anonymity). If it's a hoax - granted, much more likely at this point - then this person has interfered with an investigation.

Bill Rausch's Indictment

$

Here's the indictment filed in DC Superior Court, which provides some context for the crime Bill Rausch is charged with. He did not show up for his scheduled arraignment today because he has not yet left Camp Lemonnier, in East Africa. Word is the Army is having issues with getting a flight out, though they do have the option of sending him on a private airline (which they have not done).

The hearing has been rescheduled for next week. The way it works in DC, Bill will show up in the morning, be arrested and processed through the police department then escorted to the hearing. He does not have to post bail for this charge, so he will likely return home after the hearing.

This felony indictment is very serious and Bill faces up to 10 years if convicted. There are four more women who have alleged harassment and abuse, but those cases can no longer be prosecuted. You can read their stories here. Also, the victim in the felony case also claims Bill pushed her down the escalator in the Metro - a clear and frightening attempt to harm her - but that case is beyond the statute of limitation.

The victims are asking the New Hampshire State police to review Bill Rausch's whereabouts after he arrived in New Hampshire to search for Maura in 2004.

I believe Maura was traveling in tandem with another driver and made it to her destination the night of the accident. If that is what happened, she may have been harmed later in the week, and nobody has an alibi.

At least two soldiers from Camp Lemonnier have also filed complaints with the Inspector General against Bill Rausch in the last few weeks, alleging Rausch harassed and abused them and created a toxic work environment.

If you know something about Maura's whereabouts the week of the crash, please contact the New Hampshire Cold Case Unit.

Erinn Larkin is Lying About Her Whereabouts the Day Maura Murray Went Missing

$

0

I just don't know what to make of this. A little background - Erinn Larkin is a woman who went to UMass with Maura Murray. She worked the same security job as Maura Murray. And she ran track with Maura. Her "Big Sister" was Maura's best friend - Kate Markopoulos. After the publication of my book, Erinn inserted herself into the investigation. She created a blog, whose sole purpose was to discredit my reporting. She ingratiated herself with the Murray family and the admin of the official site, giving her access to information that filters in.

After I reported that Bill Rausch was under investigation by a Grand Jury in DC, she took aim at me again, claiming I was lying and that the women he attacked were exaggerating. She posted my unlisted home address online, with a map to my house. Her obsession with me became so alarming, I filed a criminal complaint in my home town. Eventually I took down my blog just to have some peace. After Bill was indicted for felony sex abuse last month, she kept the false information on her blog.

Her blog makes every effort to direct the narrative of the investigation, going so far as to defame a man - allowing a guest on her podcast to literally accuse an innocent man of murdering Maura and using his name.

I've been confused by her actions for months and have had this inkling that I was missing or forgetting an important piece of it. So I went back to our first email exchanges. I found this email from Erinn in which she says she was at Bretton Woods skiing with her family and returned on Monday evening and may have driven past Maura's accident.

I had completely forgotten this. Why? Because she never brought it up again. Now, as a memoirist and journalist, if I'm coincidentally at the same location at the same time as the case I'm writing about, that becomes a big part of the story. An easy way in. But she never mentions it again. But she does tell a different story to Tim & Lance just a couple months later. Listen for a minute here:

Quote:
"I had been skiing in Bretton Woods the weekend before with my family and they were still there. And I had decided to come back for practice and for classes and I drove back the opposite route she had taken on that Sunday night and the next morning was really the first official day of Spring track that Monday and it was a morning practice and it was absolutely freezing and really awful not very fun at all and I got injured and it was actually an injury I got the day before skiing but it got a lot worse that day and it ended up that I was done running competitively in college after that."

It is absolutely clear that Erinn Larkin got caught in a lie here. But the important question is what was that lie's purpose? Was it to ingratiate herself with me or with Tim and Lance? Or was it to distance herself from whatever the truth really is? And let me be clear, I have no clue what the real truth is. I am in the weeds with this one. What is clear is that Erinn Larkin has no credibility now and her cozy relationship with the Murrays in light of this is very troublesome.

I would imagine she will try to explain this away as a faulty memory but she was VERY specific in both the email to me in which she says she was driving along Rt 112 at the time of Maura's accident, and the interview with Tim and Lance, in which she has changed it to Sunday - because she reminisces about the cold weather and the first day of practice. One or both of these must be a deliberate lie.

Making matters worse for Erinn, she probably can't even appear at Rausch's hearings to report on the case when he returns to court in DC. She's been dodging a summons to appear in DC Superior Court, herself - for failure to pay $1,800 to Victoria Secret. If she shows up in court, she could be served.

So, as always, this damned case is a bit of a clusterfuck. In closing, here are few posts in which she claims that the Grand Jury was a lie.

"I Would Help You Bury a Body."

Today I spoke with a former employee of Ray Group International, the company Bill worked for in 2011, when he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in the office.

This man has asked to remain anonymous but will speak to New Hampshire police.

He said at the time, Bill seemed to be in a very dark place and would go drinking practically every night after work at a place called The Bottom Line. His favorite drink, gin & tonic. This coworker got to know him well and considered him a friend. One day, after some drinks, he says Bill turned to him and said, "We're good friends, aren't we? Like best friends?" He said, sure. Then he claims Bill said, "I would help you bury a body. Really. I'd help you bury a body. That's how good of friends we are."

"I took it as a sincere moment," this man says. "At the time I brushed it off because he'd been in the military. I figured he'd seen casualties."

He says another time Bill told him how he'd go on the news to talk about Maura so that he could use it to pick up women. That he could play the depressed former boyfriend part and it worked very well.

He was there the day Bill was forced to resign his job at Ray Group after a woman said he sexually assaulted her in the office. They allowed him to resign instead of being fired. The executives agreed that they would leave it up to the woman to go to police. This woman can still go to police, actually, as the statue of limitation has not expired. I believe she is currently weighing that option.

In a related note, I just received a massive amount of information and names through a Globaleaks contact. There are more women with claims against Bill.

If There Was a Tandem Driver, Nobody Has an Alibi

$

The only thing I'm sure of, in my heart of hearts, is that Maura was traveling with a tandem driver the night she disappeared.

Lately, though, I've started to wonder if the goal that week really was to just get away for a while to clear her head. Have some drinks, regroup.

Perhaps the tandem driver had to get back to school, leaving Maura alone (without a car) until later in the week, at the Outing Club Cabin or some nearby retreat. But when they came back, Maura was gone. And the tandem driver has never come forward because there remains the possibility that Maura left on her own and doesn't want to be found.

Whatever the case, I really hope she made it out, and that she is alive someplace.

But...

What if someone else found Maura before the police did? What if someone found her and was so overcome with rage they did something to her? They would have an alibi for the disappearance but not what happened to her next.

I think police should take a close look at the days immediately after the disappearance, at least until Friday that week. Where exactly was everyone during the search for Maura in the White Mountains that week?

Perhaps Maura is dead. But maybe we were way wrong about the location and timing of it all.

If there was a tandem driver they should come forward with what they know, unless they know without a doubt that Maura is safe (which is looking increasingly unlikely).

Cecil Smith Has Taken His Life, After Being the Subject of Conspiracy Theories Online. ***UPDATED***

$

Sometime yesterday, (Feb 20, 2018) the first responding officer to Maura Murray's accident died by suicide.

Cecil Smith was the former chief of police for the little town of Haverhill, New Hampshire, where Maura went missing in 2004. I had the opportunity to meet him several years ago. We spoke at his house and he showed me the green energy generator he was building. I found him to be extremely nice, caring, and truthful, one of the most sincere individuals I've met during the course of my research.

I've kept his secret for years - that he was suffering from a form of neurodegenerative disease that was stealing his memory.

Over the years, I've watched the toxic, conspiratorial side of the Maura Murray fandom turn Cecil into a suspect or co-conspirator to Maura's alleged murder. This has to do with the outlandish theory of some police SUV seen nose-to-nose with Maura's car that some believe brought harm to the young woman. These people are the anti-vaxxers of this case, grown ups playing some kind of Dungeons and Dragons role play with real people's lives.

After Smith appeared on the Oxygen special, these trolls pointed out how his answers seemed to be evasive. At the time, I could not publicly explain this and neither could the producers of the program but we all knew it was dementia. That, too, explains one of the reasons why the AG was there to watch the interview.

The most vocal proponent to this theory, the person who made Cecil Smith synonymous with suspicion was an elections campaign compliance officer at Aristotle International named Erinn Larkin. She just never let up and suggested time and again on her podcast and blog that he knew more than he was saying, that he had to be lying. Her behavior at times is alarming. Earlier this year, Erinn Larkin posted a map to my house online. Erinn Larkin is the same person who committed defamation by having a guest on her podcast who literally said Rick Forcier killed Maura Murray

And now Cecil Smith has taken his life. Did he do so because she made him the center of so much speculation and suspicion? Or was it one of a hundred factors behind his decision? We are not entitled to know. What we do know is that he got to spend the last months of his life reading about how people suspected he helped murder a girl or cover it up. He got to see her chip away at his legacy and credibility. And that is an awful thing to have in your head when you're already dealing with so much.

I explained to Erinn Larkin on the phone that Cecil Smith was suffering from dementia and that that was why he seemed to stumble on his answers. She chose not to believe me and continued her attacks. Out of compassion, she should take down the speculative posts about him, now.

The worst part about all this is that this tragedy is only fuel for people like Erinn Larkin. They will say he didn't commit suicide because of the harassment. Or his disease. He did it because he was hiding the truth - in fact it's already starting.

Yuck.

Cecil Smith was a good man. He helped me when he didn't need to and probably shouldn't have by granting me a long interview. All he did was answer a call one day about an abandoned car. He didn't deserve any of this.

Cecil Smith’s family is asking any donations in his memory be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, MA/NH Chapter, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452

LINK TO MEMORIAL PAGE and info about services.

***UPDATE***
For those unfamiliar with the case and Cecil Smith, here are some examples of what he could read from Erinn Larkin before his suicide.
It began by picking apart his statements and reports on her blog, over and over again.

Then this interview.

And then her fans responded in kind and Erinn Larkin made no attempt to calm down the mob she incited or correct their misinterpretations.

Now, imagine you're Cecil Smith.

**2nd UPDATE**
And just in case there's any question as to what Erinn was insinuating by constantly casting suspicion on Cecil, here is the cohost of her podcast, Ethan Marsh, explaining how what they did wasn't that bad and even if it contributed to his suicide, maybe that's ok because he still might be found guilty of murdering her.

Kate Markopoulos' Little "Sister," Erinn Larkin Commits Defamation

$

***Originally published in October 2018***
Erinn Larkin is not a journalist - she's a political finance officer for Artistotle International (though, when we met she introduced herself simply as "Bernie Sanders' treasurer" though I can find not a single article identifying her as such). She says this often, especially as she interviews people related to the Maura Murray case. But if you're going to act like a journalist, you need to understand some basic rules of journalism, and the big one is defamation, which often comes in the form of libel.

Libel is publishing of false statements that can damage a person's reputation.

On July 14, Erinn Larkin published this interview with a man named Guy Paradee who once worked as a private investigator. Here are some clips I'd like to point out. This is Guy talking.

13:40
"I thought he [Rick Forcier] marked the spot where he had dumped her [Maura Murray's] body. Our feeling is that when Forcier grabbed her at his house she was certainly alive for awhile." The psychic confirmed this. "At some point in time he killed her and then moved her body at least once if not twice. There was speculation that he had her in a van by the pond. Someone had seen his van there. Maybe she didn't get out of the van. She was alive for awhile, he killed her, and moved her out of the house."

16:00
"She started walking. I think she walked away and Forcier may have seen her. He certainly had contact with her. He was able to overtake her and get her under his control."

18:00
"He admitted having contact with her. He said she wanted to have sex with me. She was walking by... he admitted to that. I kind of believe he said it on television. He definitely told the police. Without a doubt it happened."

This is defamation.

Forcier never said he had contact with Maura. He never said this to media. He never said this in private. I spoke to his ex-wife and she confirms this as well. It is apparently something Guy made up after speaking to a number of psychics. *insert eye roll*

The thing about libel that gets journalists in trouble is that they are on the hook for libel if they publish someone's comments. So not only could Rick Forcier sue Guy Paradee for claiming he's a murderer, but he could (and should) sue Erinn Larkin for publishing it. If you publish someone's false claims you are as guilty of libel in the eyes of the law as they are.

And these claims by Guy Paradee are laughable. A suspect told the media he had sex with the victim? And nobody thought it was a big deal? What?

But it gets better. Guy Paradee is a terrible, terrible source and two minutes of research would have revealed this.

Guy Paradee's private eye license was taken away by the state of Vermont in 2016 for his shady practices.

In response to Erinn Larkin's interview, Associate Attorney General, Jeffery Strelzin said, "We wil not be commenting on Mr. Paradee's many claims, based in part on speculation and upon reliance on alleged psychics."

But what shocked me the most was how Erinn Larkin, who works for the most liberal people in D.C., went to bat for this guy, after seeing his racist and despicable social media posts. Here are a couple classics from his Facebook page.

This one's my favorite. Guy says someone should shoot this woman.

I alerted Erinn of all of these concerns the day her interview was posted. She chose to keep it up.

A little more background on Erinn Larkin, for those unfamiliar. Erinn was on the track team at UMass and told me that Kate Markopoulos (Maura Murray's best friend at UMass, a person who has never fully cooperated with investigators) was her "big" or "mentor" on the team. I met Erinn in person at CrimeCon in 2017. We met at a bar in part to iron out some issues she had with me. She was visibly shaking when we began (whether from nerves, or some fear, I don't know). But after a couple drinks she relaxed a bit. She told me she was skiing at Bretton Woods the week Maura went missing and suffered an injury there. Bretton Woods is in New Hampshire, a twenty minute drive from Bartlett, where Fred Murray believes his daughter was driving.

I'm not sure what is happening with Erinn Larkin at the moment. Recently, she posted a map to my house online. I always kept my address unlisted because I have children. She also posted the names of my siblings and their addresses as well (Why? I have no idea. Some weird attempt at intimidation, I guess).

But what is most sickening is how she has tried at every turn to downplay the allegations of sexual assault against Bill Rausch, writing some of them off as, "one-night stands." It is clear her agenda is to add misinformation to the case. For what reason, I do not know.
